February 4, 2015 Staff to meet with interested parties to discuss proposed changes to the draft language.
February 9, 2015 Staff to release a revised draft of the Letter To Assessors. Highlighted text represents revisions as a result of the February 4, 2015 interested parties meeting.
February 20, 2015 Deadline for interested parties to provide comments on final draft.
March 13, 2015 Staff to post issue paper and other related documents for the Property Tax Committee meeting.
March 25, 2015 Property Tax Committee to hear presentations on any unresolved issues regarding the language of the LTA, and adopt recommendations for the Board's consideration.
March 30, 2015 Letter to Assessors 2015/018, Notice of Board Action – Welfare Exemption Low-Income Housing Property Partial Exemptions, was released.
