I'm Mike Harris, Acting Chief of the 16 State-Assessed Properties Division. 17 Before you for your consideration and 18 adoption are four petitions. One is a petition for 19 reassessment and unitary value, two are petitions for 20 penalty abatement on unitary value, and one is a 21 petition for reassessment and penalty abatement on 22 unitary value. 23 Staff and petitioners are all in agreement 24 on the recommendations, and I ask for your adoption. 25 Thank you. 26 MS. COHEN: All right. 27 Colleagues, are there any questions? 28 MR. GAINES: Just a clarification, if I 3 1 could. 2 MS. COHEN: Please do. 3 MR. GAINES: So it's my understanding that 4 there are 15 property appeals, and this is addressing 5 4 of those 15? 6 MR. HARRIS: Yes, sir. 7 MR. GAINES: Okay. Wonderful. Thank you. 8 MS. VAZQUEZ: And is it correct to assume 10 that of these four that are before us today, you and, 11 I guess, the appellants were able to come up with a 12 win/win situation that you all agreed upon? 13 MR.
