220.0153 Delivery of Deed. Delivery and acceptance of a deed conveying title to the real property are questions of fact and may be inferred from evidence that the grantee has exercised a right of ownership of the property by subsequently transferring his or her interest in the property to a third party. Although the grantee may not take actual physical possession of the property prior to the transfer to the third party, the conveyance itself is an exercise of a right incident to ownership of a present beneficial interest in the property for change in ownership purposes.
