220.0033 Change in Control on Date of Death of Beneficiary. Where a trust owns voting shares in a corporation and the death of one beneficiary causes a stock transfer that results in another beneficiary acquiring more than 50 percent of the voting shares, the change in control occurs as of the date of death.
