The State Board of Equalization is committed to improving the services it provides to taxpayers. Accordingly, the Board has implemented a service to provide answers to general, non-confidential tax questions submitted via e-mail.

If you have general tax questions that are not addressed in our EWaste Frequently Asked Questions or elsewhere on our website, please use the form below to send your questions to the Electronic Waste Recycling Fee Section via e-mail.

We will respond as quickly as possible. Our goal is to answer all of your questions within 12 calendar days. If we are unable to answer your specific request within the 12 days, we will send you an acknowledgement notifying you that we have received your request and are working on a response to you.
