The ACTS Email is intended to provide answers to general, non-confidential questions, that are not addressed in our Frequently Asked Questions section or elsewhere on our ACTS website.

We will respond as quickly as possible. Our goal is to answer your questions within 12 calendar days. If we are unable to answer your question within the 12 days, we will send you an acknowledgement notifying you that we have received your request and are working on a response to you.
