Prior Years' AH 581 Tables

Effective with the 2002 lien date, the index factors in Table 1 - Commercial Equipment and Table 2 - Industrial Equipment have been averaged into one category for each table. For prior years, Table 1 contained 12 categories and Table 2 contained 6.

For your convienience, following are tables from AH 581 for prior years. For 2001, the AH 581 is provided in it's entirety. For years prior to 2001, only the tables are provided. For text regarding the derivation and application of years prior to 2001, please refer to the 2001 handbook section.

Note that computer valuation factors and semiconductor manufacturing equipment valuation factors are contained in AH 581 beginning in year 2000. Prior to year 2000, these tables were distributed via Letters to Assessors (LTAs) and will not be included in the documents listed below.
