August 21, 2009 Staff to release an interested parties letter advising recipients of the project and inviting interested parties to submit suggestions on the draft guidelines
October 2, 2009 Deadline for interested parties to submit proposed changes, in the form of alternative language, to staff on the draft guidelines
November 13, 2009 Staff to release an agenda matrix, summarizing suggestions and comments for an interested parties meeting
December 8, 2009 Staff to meet with interested parties to discuss proposed changes to the language for the guidelines
February 8, 2010 Staff to release second draft of guidelines to interested parties.
March 5, 2010 Deadline for interested parties to submit proposed changes, in the form of alternative language, to staff on the draft guidelines.
March 30, 2010 Staff to release a final draft of the guidelines to interested parties.
May 14, 2010 Issue paper and other required documents for the Property Tax Committee meeting posted to the Board's website
May 26, 2010 Property Tax Committee to hear presentations on any unresolved issues regarding the wording of the guidelines and adopt recommendation for the Board's consideration
June 11, 2010   Staff released Letter to Assessors 2010/030 transmitting adopted guidelines.
