· Staff to release an interested parties letter advising recipients that the project has been resumed and inviting interested parties to submit proposed changes to the draft guidelines
April 11, 2005
· Deadline for interested parties to submit proposed changes, in the form of alternative text, to staff on the draft guidelines
· Staff to release an agenda matrix, summarizing suggestions and comments for the interested parties meeting
May 11, 2005
· Staff to meet with interested parties to discuss proposed change guideliness
· Issue paper and other required documents for the Property Tax Committee meeting posted to the Board's Web site
June 30, 2005
· Property Tax Committee to hear presentations on any unresolved issues regarding the wording of the guidelines and adopt recommendation for the Board's consideration
