Description of Task

· Staff to release letter advising recipients of the project and inviting interested parties to submit proposed changes to the draft guidelines
April 1, 2005
· Deadline for interested parties to submit proposed changes, in the form of alternative text, to staff on the draft guidelines
· Staff to release an agenda matrix, summarizing suggestions and comments for the interested parties meeting
April 25, 2005
· Staff to meet with interested parties to discuss proposed changes to the draft guidelines
· Issue paper and other required documents for the Property Tax Committee meeting posted to the Board's website
May 24, 2005
· Property Tax Committee to hear presentations on any unresolved issues regarding the wording of the guidelines and adopt recommendations for the Board's consideration
