BOE City Of Industry Office Moving To West Covina
John Chiang, Member, State Board of Equalization (BOE) announced
today that the BOE City of Industry District Office will be
relocating to:
1521 West Cameron Avenue, Suite 300
West Covina, CA 91790-2738
The BOE City of Industry office currently
located at 12820 Crossroads Parkway South, City of Industry,
will be open for business until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July
14, 2000.
The first day of business at the new location will be
Monday, July 17, 2000. The new telephone number is (626)
480-7200; the FAX number is (626) 480-7260. The new mailing
address is P.O. Box 1500, West Covina, CA 91793-1500.
Callers with general tax information questions can also call
the BOE's toll-free Customer Service Information Center at
1-800-400-7115. The Information Center is open between
8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding
State holidays. Information and forms are also available on
the BOE website at http://www.boe.ca.gov,
24 hours a day, seven days a week.
