The property consists of 15 cartons, 141 packs of Craven "A" brand cigarettes unstamped and non-msa compliant; 74 packs of Sheriff brand cigarettes unstamped, non-msa compliant and U.S. tax exempt; 6 cartons, 96 packs Marlboro brand cigarettes unstamped and U.S. tax exempt; 25 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes unstamped; 53 packs of White Horse brand cigarettes unstamped and non-msa compliant; 1 carton, 103 packs of Davidoff brand cigarettes unstamped and Duty free; 4 cartons of Jet brand cigarettes unstamped and non-msa compliant; 1 carton, 20 packs of Capri brand cigarettes unstamped and U.S. tax exempt; 82 packs of Saigon brand cigarettes unstamped and non-msa compliant; 1 carton, 1 pack 555 brand cigarettes unstamped; and 15 packs of Seven Stars brand cigarettes unstamped, non-msa compliant and Duty free. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 on January 4, 2013, at 1:20 p.m. from Tiffany Phuong Dinh, dba: Van Tho Duong located at 14082 Magnolia St. Ste #114, Westminster, CA 92683.
