The property consists of 78 cartons Marlboro brand cigarettes unstamped Nevada stamped; 16 cartons Camel brand cigarettes unstamped Nevada stamped; 47 packs Marlboro brand cigarettes unstamped Nevada stamped; and 12 packs Camel brand cigarettes unstamped Nevada stamped. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 on November 29, 2011, at 1:20 p.m. from Antonio's Nut House, dba: Antonio's Nut House located at 321 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94306.
