The property consists of 4 packs of Sampoerna brand cigarettes non-msa FDA banned product, 7 packs of Dreams brand cigarettes non-msa, 2 packs of Nat Sherman A Hint of Mint brand cigarettes non-msa FDA banned product, 1 pack Nat Sherman Black & Gold brand cigarettes unstamped, and 522 items of various untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 and Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on August 29, 2011 at 12:50 p.m. from Andrew Kyu Kim and Jason JW Kim, dba: Simple Beverage & Cigar, located at 124 Blossom Hill Rd., Ste D, San Jose, CA 95123.
