The property consists of the following untaxed tobacco products; 51 Cuba 1965 Belicoso cigars, 40 Cuba 1965 Especial cigars, 40 Cuba 1965 Rothschild cigars, 53 Cuba 1965 Monarca cigars, 222 cans XXO Ultra Premium Hookah (100 gm ea), 61 cans XXO Ultra Premium Hookah (200 gm ea), and 12 cartons and 15 packs of Roger brand non-MSA cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions code 22974.3(b), and Revenue and Taxation code 30436 on June 17, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. from Michael Josphine, Inc., dba: Rosemond Smoke Shop located at 1431 W Rosamond Blvd, Ste 7, Rosamond, CA 93560.
