The property consists of 8 boxes Bugler brand untaxed tobacco, 6 pouches Bugler brand untaxed tobacco, 6 pouches TOP brand untaxed tobacco, 248 cigars Prime Time brand untaxed tobacco, 21 boxes Black & Mild brand untaxed tobacco, 52 packs Black & Mild brand untaxed tobacco, 402 packs Swisher Sweets brand untaxed tobacco, 31 packs Optimo brand untaxed tobacco, 15 bonus boxes Optimo brand untaxed tobacco, and 16 bonus boxes Swisher Sweets brand untaxed tobacco. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on July 1, 2008, at 10:15 a.m. from Wong Corp., dba: W Food Liquor located at 4202 E Kings Canyon Rd, Fresno, CA 93702.
