The property consists of 450 packs of Swisher Sweets cigars (5 cnt), 15 boxes of Swisher Sweets cigars (60 cnt - bonus box), 260 packs of Optimo cigars (5 cnt), 4 boxes Optimo cigars (60 cnt-bonus box), 148 packs Black & Mild cigars (5 cnt), 14 boxes of Black & Mild cigars, (25 cnt – box), 36 pouches of Bugler – RYO .75 oz., 2 cans of Bugler – RYO 6 oz.., 2 cans of Top-RYO 6 oz., 6 pouches of Backwoods cigars (8 cnt), 40 packs of Jewels cigars (5 cnt), 12 pouches of Top-RYO .75 oz., 2 boxes of Prime Time cigars (50 cnt). This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on May 12, 2008, at 4:15 pm from Poch & Company, Inc. (Nary Phum Poch, Treasurer), dba: U.S. Gas located at 105 E Palmdale Blvd, Palmdale, CA 93550.
