The property consists of 17 boxes & 93 packs Swisher Sweets cigars, 10 boxes & 48 packs Optimo cigars, 5 cans & 24 pouches Top tobacco, 6 cans Bugler tobacco, 26 bags Single Stick tobacco, 36 pouches Backwoods cigars, and 20 packs Phillies cigars. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on May 28, 2008, at 2 p.m., from Mustafa Abdelkarim, dba: Dunes Liquor located at 11500 Bartlett Ave., Adelanto, CA 92301.
