The property consists of Untaxed Tobacco of 35 boxes Optimo cigars (60 cnt), 13 boxes Optimo cigars (20 pks-5 cnt), 52 boxes Swisher Sweets (60 cnt), 8 boxes Swisher Sweets cigars (10 pks – 5 cnt), 56 boxes Swisher Sweets cigars (20 pks-5 cnt), 6 boxes Swisher Sweets cigars (25 cnt), 32 boxes Black & Mild cigars (10 pks-5 cnt), 50 boxes Black & Mild cigars (25 cnt), 185 boxes Phillies cigars (6 pks – 5 cnt), 10 boxes TOP – RYO (12 boxes – ¾ oz), 2 boxes Garcia Y Vega cigars (50 cnt), 4 boxes Garcia Y Vega cigars (10 pks – 5cnt), 10 boxes Backwoods cigars (6 pouches – 8 cnt), 1 box Drum – RYO (12 pouches – 1.41.oz), and 2 cans Captain Black (12 oz). This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22978.2, on March 26, 2008, at 12:30 pm from New Rainbow, Inc. (Shaukat Ali Rajani, President), dba: Price Check located at 324 E 4th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013.
