This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974, and Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3(b), on May 6, 2008, at 10:40 a.m. from Ayad Sami Alawneh, dba: Smoke Depot located at 3772 Mission Ave Ste 131, Oceanside, CA 92058.
