The property consists of 7 packs of Marlboro brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes; 32 packs of Stars brand Non-MSA listed cigarettes; 6 packs of Player's brand Canadian style Non-MSA listed cigarettes, 25/pk; 150 each of Primetime brand unstamped cigarettes; 38 packs of Smokin Joes brand unstamped cigarettes; 6 packs of Phillies brand unstamped cigarettes; 3 packs of Gold Rush brand unstamped cigarettes; 29 packs of Sutra brand unstamped cigarettes; 37 packs of Dean's brand unstamped cigarettes; 2 packs of Dutch Treats brand unstamped cigarettes; 1 pack of Omega brand unstamped cigarettes; 5 packs of Al Capone brand unstamped cigarettes, 10/pk ; 110 packs of Havana Honeys brand unstamped cigarettes; 30 packs of Havana Honeys brand cigars untaxed tobacco, 10/pk; 1003 each of Swisher Sweets brand cigarillos untaxed tobacco; 441 each of Optimo brand cigarillos untaxed tobacco.. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 and Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on May 18, 2008, at 3:15 p.m. from Abdelkadir Awadragab Abdelbain, dba: One Stop Smoke Shop located at 6502 Interantional Blvd., Oakland, CA 94621.
