The property consists of 2000 sticks Optimo brand cigars, untaxed tobacco, 36 packs Vegas brand cigarettes, non MSA listed 5 packs Rothmans brand cigarettes, non MSA listed 10 packs True brand cigarettes, unstamped 1 pack Kool brand cigarettes, unstamped 8 packs Camel brand cigarettes, unstamped, and 9 packs special Sher Bidi brand cigarettes, non MSA listed. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 and Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on April 9, 2008, at 12:40 p.m. from Bunly Ngar and Arong Sammie Ngar, dba: Loree Liquors located at 19050 Stevens Creek Blvd., Cupertino, CA 95014.
