The property consists of 41 cartons, 44 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps; 27 cartons, 29 packs of American Spirit brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps; 32 cartons, 15 packs of Camel brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps; 5 cartons of Winston brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps; 4 cartons of Parliament brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps; 19 packs of Capri brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps; 2 cartons, 9 packs of Dunhill brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps; 70 packs of Rothmans brand cigarettes unstamped; 1 box of Swisher Sweets cigarillos untaxed (20 pks/6 ea); 31 packs of Swisher Sweets cigarillos untaxed (6 ea); 58 packs of Swisher Sweets cigarillos untaxed (5 ea); 3 boxes of Swisher Sweets cigarillos untaxed (60 ea); 3 packs of Optimo cigarillos untaxed (5 ea); 1 box of Jewels cigars untaxed (20 pks/5 ea); 12 packs of Black & Mild cigars untaxed (5 ea); 15 pouches of Captain Black RYO untaxed (1.5 oz ea); 8 pouches of Bugler RYO untaxed (.75 oz); 5 pouches of Bali Shag RYO untaxed (1.31 oz); 8 packs of Salem brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps . This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on February 27, 2008, at 5:20 p.m. from Ashot Oganesyan, dba: Z Tabacco located at 11380 Ventura Blvd #B, Studio City, CA 91604.
