The property consists of 3 packs of Rothmans brand Non-MSA Listed cigarettes and 156 units of various brands of untaxed tobacco. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974 and 22974.3(b), on February 21, 2008, at :12:10 p.m. from Idalia Tobar, dba: Lake Merrit Super located at 346 Grand Avenue, Oakland, CA 94610.
