The property consists of 7 cartons, 28 packs of Marlboro brand, 22 packs of Salem brand, 10 packs of Carnival brand, 31 packs of Benson and Hedges brand, 8 packs of Camel brand, 2 packs of Pall Mall brand, 31 packs of Winston brand, 1 carton, 6 packs of Poker brand, 9 packs of GPC brand, and 28 packs of Kool brand cigarettes; 12 boxes, 1 cube, 48 packs of Swisher Sweet brand cigarillos, and 19 boxes, 2 cubes, 51 packs of Optimo brand cigarillos. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on February 7, 2008, at 12:30 p.m. from Elsayed Hamama, dba: One Dollar Warehouse & Up located at 114 E Compton Blvd, Compton CA 90220.
