The property consists of 2 cartons and 1 pack of Marlboro brand cigarettes, unstamped, 2 cartons and 6 packs of Benson & Hedges brand cigarettes, unstamped, 1 carton and 7 packs of Virginia Slims brand cigarettes, unstamped, 5 cartons and 14 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped, 4 cartons and 1 pack of GPC brand cigarettes, unstamped, 1 carton and 10 packs of Pall Mall brand cigarettes, unstamped, 3 cartons and 4 packs of More brand cigarettes, unstamped, 8 packs of Camel brand cigarettes, unstamped, 1 carton and 12 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 4 cartons and 10 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes affixed with Virginia tax stamps, 2 cartons and 24 packs of Benson & Hedges brand cigarettes affixed with Virginia tax stamps, 6 cartons and 30 packs of Newport brand cigarettes affixed with Virginia tax stamps, 3 packs of Kool brand cigarettes affixed with Virginia tax stamps, 7 packs of Salem brand cigarettes affixed with Virginia tax stamps, 10 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes affixed with Colorado tax stamps, 2 packs of Capri brand cigarettes, unstamped, 504 items of various brands of untaxed tobacco, 1 carton of Virginia Slims brand cigarettes affixed with Virginia tax stamps,. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on February 13, 2008, at 12:15 p.m. from Nakki Chang, dba: Happy Snack Shop located at 2100 N. Long Beach Boulevard, # EW-7, Compton, CA 90221.
