The property consists of 220 packs - 5 boxes Swisher Sweets Cigars, 40 packs - 6 boxes Optimo Cigars, 5 cans Skoal Long Cut Chew, and 100 packs - 14 boxes Black & Mild Cigars. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on February 6, 2008, at 4:10 p.m. from Big Daddy's Oil 14, Inc., dba: Washington Ave Gas & Mini Mart located at 1484 E Washington Ave, El Cajon, CA 92019.
