The property consists of 56 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 10 packs of Parker brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 2 packs of American Spirit brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 4 packs and 11 cartons of Poker brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 8 packs and 13 cartons of Seneca brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 pack of Seneca brand cigarettes unstamped, 62 items of various brands of untaxed tobacco. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on January 25, 2008, at 3:40 p.m. from Hoon Mo Yang, dba: Whister Liquor located at 945 E Pacific Coast Highway, Long Beach, CA 90806.
