The property consists of untaxed tobacco products: 307 cigars - Harem Cigars brand, 1 cigar - Arganese brand, 1 cigar - Gurkha brand, 19 cigars - Don Julio brand, and 57 cigars - Unknown brand. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on January 2, 2008, at 4:15 pm from Edward P. Nagler, dba: Harem Cigars located at 1531-A Healdsburg Ave., Healdsburg, CA 95448.
