TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:  Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of 98 cartons and 85 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 10 cartons and 44 packs of Benson & Hedges brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 13 cartons and 9 packs of American Spirit brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 29 packs of Virginia Slims brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 2 packs of Winston brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 6 packs of GPC brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 3 cartons of Parliament brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton of Camel brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps and 9 cartons of Sandia brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on December 6, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. from Soo Chul Park, et al, dba: Walteria Country Liquor located at 24212 Hawthorne Boulevard, Torrance, CA 90505.
