The property consists of 16 packs of Havana Honeys unstamped cigarettes, 442 each Cohiba Esplindidos cigars untaxed tobacco, 150 each Cohiba Torpedos cigars untaxed tobacco, 50 each Cohiba Jibarito cigars untaxed tobacco, 25 each Cohiba Robustos cigars untaxed tobacco, 43 each Partagas Serie D. No. 4 cigars untaxed tobacco, 36 each Montecristo No. 2 cigars untaxed tobacco, 11 each Romeo Y Julieta Churchills cigars untaxed tobacco, 25 each Romeo Y Julieta Belicosis cigars untaxed tobacco, 45 each Red Head Torpedo cigars untaxed tobacco, 18 packs Havana Honeys cigars untaxed tobacco 10 per pack, 4 each Hoyo De Monterrey cigars untaxed tobacco, 2 each Montecristo LaBaia cigars untaxed tobacco, 1 each Partagas Sabroso cigar untaxed tobacco, 25 each It's a Girl cigars untaxed tobacco . This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on November 8, 2007, at 4:00 p.m. from Platimum Bay Inc, dba: Platinum Smoke Shop located at 5901 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94112-4019.
