Al Amir untaxed tobacco, 2 packages 10 five cigar packs Hav-A-Tampa cigars untaxed tobacco, 8 packages 10 five cigar packs Phillies Mexicali Slim untaxed tobacco, 3 boxes 12 3 oz pouches Red Man untaxed tobacco, and 75 cans Skoal untaxed tobacco. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22978.2, on October 18, 2007, at 4:00 p.m. from Dave Aezah Investment, Inc, dba: Bakersfield Grocery Wholesale located at 402 California Avenue, Bakersfield, CA 93304.
