The property consists of 51 cartons, 69 packs of Infinity brand and 41 packs of Main Street brand non-MSA compliant cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to : Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, on September 19, 2007, at 10:20 a.m. from Latif Audish Zoura and Faudi Nafeh Mati, dba: Bobar Liquor #5 located at 4380 Otay Valley Rd, Ste 101, Chula Vista, CA 91911.
