The property consists of 31 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 102 cartons and 25 packs of Seneca brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 9 cartons of Capri brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton of Carlton brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 4 cartons and 17 packs of Misty brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 23 cartons and 5 packs of Ultra Buy brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 10 packs of GT One brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 4 cartons and 31 packs of GPC brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 7 packs of Davidoff brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 pack of Wave brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamp. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section B&P §22974.3 on August 14, 2007, at 6:20 p.m. from Cabrillo Liquor, Inc., dba: Cabrillo Liquor located at 1317 S. Gaffey Street, San Pedro, CA 90731.
