The property consists of 403 packs of Infinity brand Non-MSA Compliant stamped cigarettes, 43 packs of Infinity brand Non-MSA Compliant unstamped cigarettes, 160 packs of Way brand Non-MSA Compliant unstamped cigarettes, and 37 packs of Way brand Non-MSA Compliant stamped cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on July 6, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. from Karim Khan Amir Ali , dba: Caramba Cigarette Depot & Dist. located at 3837 W. Caldwell Ave., Ste. F, Visalia CA 93277.
