The property consists of 13 packs Players brand Canadian Style non-MSA listed cigarettes 25/pk, 5 packs Davidoff brand non-MSA listed cigarettes, 12 packs Dunhill Lights brand non-MSA listed cigarettes, 6 packs Cartier brand non-MSA listed cigarettes, 2 packs Silky Dew brand non-MSA lsited cigarettes, 4 packs Al Capone brand unstamped cigarettes 10/pk, 10 packs Rothmans brand non-MSA lsited cigarettes, 40 packs Best Value brand non-MSA listed cigarettes, 8 packs Craven A brand non-MSA listed cigarettes, 2590 each Swisher Sweets brand cigarillos untaxed tobacco, 460 each Optimo brand cigarillos untaxed tobacco, 72 packs Backwoods brand cigars untaxed tobacco 8/pk, 10 packs Swisher Sweets brand Slims untaxed tobacco 5/pk, 10 packs Swisher Sweets brand Perfecto untaxed tobacco 5/pk, 11 boxes King Moassel brand untaxed hookah tobacco 250 grams. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436(e) and Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on June 27, 2007, at 5:00 PM from M & B Corporation, dba: Discount Cigarettes located at 2316 Fourth St., Livermore, CA 94550.
