The property consists of 72 cartons and 405 packs of Marlboro brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 19 cartons and 21 packs of Parliament brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 5 cartons and 8 packs of GT One brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 3 cartons and 9 packs of Kool brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 7 cartons and 44 packs of Camel brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 14 packs of American Spirit brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 4 cartons and 2 packs of Salem brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 15 packs of Winston brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 9 packs of Newport brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 3 packs of GPC brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 4 cartons and 15 packs of Dunhill brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 7 packs of Djarum brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section B&P 22974.3 on July 5, 2007, at 3:30 p.m. from Dung Quoc Tran, dba: Robert S Liquor located at 74 Pier Avenue, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254.
