This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436 and Business and Profressions Code Section 22974.3, on June 11, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. from Gyu Cheon Park, et al, dba: Dan's Grocery & Liquors located at 242 Shoreline Hwy, Mill Valley, CA 94941.
