The property consists of Various untaxed tobacco products, 4 packs Swisher Sweets brand unstamped cigarettes, 8 packs King Edward brand unstamped cigarettes, 12 packs Hav-A-Tampa brand unstamped cigarettes, and 5 packs Player's brand Canadian style non-MSA listed cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code 30436(e), on June 5, 2007, at 4:22 p.m. from Rashad Sghayer Inc., dba: Fred's Liquor Store located at 300 Mason Street, San Francisco, CA 94102.
