The property consists of 8 cartons of Newport brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton of Camel brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 6 cartons of Salem brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton of Pall Mall brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton of More brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 3 cartons of Benson & Hedges brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 2 cartons of Carlton brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton of Kool brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 399 items of untaxed tobacco. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on May 15, 2007, at 12:30 P.M. from RD 786 Enterprises Inc., dba: Century Gas located at 2138 W. Century Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90047.
