The property consists of 9 cartons and 23 packs of Newport brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 5 cartons and 15 packs of Winston brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 3 cartons and 30 packs of Kool brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 3 cartons and 19 packs of Camel brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 5 cartons and 14 packs of Basic brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 4 cartons and 1 pack of Benson & Hedges brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 9 cartons and 1 pack of Salem brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 3 packs of Carlton brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 5 cartons of More brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton of Capri brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 161 items of various brands of untaxed tobacco. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on May 15, 2007, at 11:30 a.m. from Three Four R, Inc., dba: Three Four R located at 4404 S. Western Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90062.
