The property consists of 15 packs of Benson and Hedges brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 14 packs of Salem brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 2 packs of More brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 pack of Basic brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 2 cartons and 15 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped, 3 cartons and 9 packs of Capri brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 8 packs of Kool brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 2 packs of Salem brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 9 packs of Pall Mall brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 468 items of untaxed tobacco. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on May 15, 2007, at 12:50 p.m. from Rashid & Sons, Inc., dba: JR Shell located at 6303 S. Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90003.
