The property consists of various brands of untaxed tobacco products and 105 packs Supreme Blend brand unstamped cigaretes, 30 packs Al Capone brand unstamped cigarettes, and 3 packs Merit brand unstamped cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on March 16, 2007, at 4:42 pm from Gerino Gonzalez Capino, dba: US Tobacco located at 3351 Castro Valley Blvd., Castro Valley, CA 94546.
