The property consists of 1011 packs Infinity brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes, 525 packs Bronco brand counterfeit stamped cigarettes and 12 packs GPC brand unstamped cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on April 11, 2007, at 10:45 a.m. from Sunshine Ventures, LTD, dba: Sunshine Handy Market located at 227 S. Main Street, Porterville CA 93257.
