The property consists of unstamped cigarettes of the following brands: 33 cartons of Capri brand, 20 cartons of Camel brand, 23 cartons of Parliament brand, 31 cartons of Benson & Hedges brand, 17 cartons of Dunhill brand, 22 cartons of Makro brand, 29 cartons of Davidoff brand, 33 cartons of Winston brand, 70 cartons of Marlboro brand, 8 cartons of More brand, 6 cartons of Carlton brand, 1 carton of Lambert & Butler brand, 2 cartons of Virginia Slims brand, 2 cartons of Cigaronne brand, 1 carton of Newport Kings brand, and 7 cartons of Kool brand. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 (a) on February 7, 2007, at 12:30 p.m. from Norik Sefyan, dba: Flower Gallery located at 1811 W. Glenoaks Blvd. Suite B Glendale, CA 91201.
