3 cartons, 1 pack Pall Mall brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps,
6 cartons, 8 packs Winston brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps,
14 cartons, 9 packs Capri brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps,
12 cartons, 13 packs American Spirit brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps,
4 packs Dunhill brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps,
2 cartons, 3 packs 555 brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps,
7 packs Parliament brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps,
9 cartons, 11 packs Camel brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps and
1 carton, 5 packs Salem brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit CA tax stamps. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 on March 15, 2007, at 12:40 pm from Thol Ly, dba: Fresh Donut located at 4931 Eagle Rock Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90041.
