The property consists of 30 cartons and 1 pack of GT One brand cigarettes with counterfeit tax stamps, 5 packs of ICE brand cigarettes with counterfeit tax stamps, 14 cartons and 3 packs of unstamped GT One brand cigarettes and various brands of untaxed tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to: Business and Professions code 22974.3, on April 10, 2007, at 4:30 p.m. from Mohammad Faraz Islam, dba: Victoria Mart & Gas located at 26498 Baseline St., Highland CA 92346.
