The property consists of 60 cartons and 2 packs of Wildhorse brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 3 cartons and 26 packs of GPC brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 2 cartons and 13 packs of Camel brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 5 packs of Kent brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 2 cartons and 34 packs of Benson & Hedges brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 10 packs of Kool brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 1 carton and 17 packs of Dunhill International brand cigarettes affixed with counterfeit California tax stamps, 3 packs of Dunhill International brand cigarettes unstamped and 332 items of untaxed tobacco. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on March 26, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. from Lee Heng Inc., dba: B & B Mini Mart located at 4140 Crenshaw Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90008.
