TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of untaxed tobacco: 723 boxes, 626 packs, 176 singles of Cesar cigars, 16 boxes of Don Tomas cigars, 47 singles of St. Croix cigars, 23 boxes, 58 singles of Gran Habano cigars. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, on February 7, 2007, at 5:30 pm. from U.S. Finest Cigars, Inc., dba: U.S. Finest Cigars Inc. located at 611 Island Ave Unit #4, San Diego, CA 92101.
