This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 30436 and 22974.3, on March 2, 2007, at 11:48 a.m. from Pacific Smoke Shop, LLC, dba: Cigarette Box 1 located at 2785 Castro Valley Blvd., Castro Valley, CA 94546.
